Hayley Snyder has served as Children’s Ministry Director at Faith since August 2025. In her role, she supervises children’s church, children’s Sunday School classes, Awana, and coordinates volunteers for those ministries. Hayley grew up outside of Enderlin, North Dakota, attending church each Sunday, but it wasn’t until her sophomore year in college that she placed her faith in the Lord Jesus. In the months that followed, Hayley became involved in a local church and served as a counselor at a Bible camp. Working at that camp played a role in her discipleship, as she learned to teach biblical truths in a way that the youngest campers could understand. The Lord used her teaching of the campers to show her more and more about Himself. She still finds discipling children—her own and the children of others—to be an avenue that the Lord uses to grow her faith. Hayley and her husband, Nathan, have been married since 2016, having met as staff members at the Bible camp that played a pivotal role in Hayley’s spiritual growth. The Lord has graciously given them three children: Remington, Noble, and Story. Hayley is passionate about homeschooling and taking care of her home. She loves organizing and decluttering, as well as family walks and bike rides, and date nights with Nathan. The Snyders began attending Faith because it is the home church of many extended family members, but they stayed for the fellowship, worship, and solid biblical teaching.

What are you most excited about for FEFC in the next year or so?

“Looking at my role here at FEFC, I’m most excited for our children’s ministries! I have always had a deep passion for Awana and am most excited to be a part of the leadership team and witness the Lord do incredible work within that ministry this year, too. I am specifically praying for a year of deep spiritual growth (for the kids AND volunteers) with a whole lot of joy and fun mixed in!”
