Real People Meeting the Real God applies to men too.
Discipling believers into mature and devoted followers of Jesus takes honesty and facing the Word of God with humility. Working together with other men to study, reflect, and sharpen one another is an important help the Lord has given us. So we gather in several different contexts as men for discipleship, study, and service.
Chili Cook-Off
On November 7th at 5:00 p.m., we'll gather in the Sanctuary for a night of diverse singing opportunities. We'll learn and practice the richness of four-part singing, play backyard acoustic guitar hymns, and enjoy special solo pieces and small-ensemble worship. Whether you're a confident musician or would struggle to carry a tune with a team lift, this evening will help us encourage one another so that the Word of Christ may dwell richly among us. We're also excited to feature simple, fun, familiar music for children to sing.
After singing, the Men's Ministry will host a Chili Cook-Off featuring several competition categories. Come hungry, and plan for a full evening of fellowship, singing, and breaking of bread as a church family.

Men’s Fellowship Breakfasts— These home-cooked breakfasts take place on the 2nd Saturday of each month (September - May) at 8:00 am in the Fellowship Hall during the school year. This year, we’re focusing on the gospel and how it affects every aspect of our lives through small-group discussions. Sign up here →
Men’s Wednesday Evening Study—This study is for men who are eager to learn what it means to be men of the Word. So often, there’s a disconnect between what we believe and how we live. This fall, we’re focusing on key doctrines (God’s Holiness, Justification, Eternity) and working together to carefully apply them to our daily lives. This study takes place from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. in the Lounge off the Foyer (September - May). Sign up here →
Faith Cares— James tells the churches that true religion visits the weak in their affliction. Faith Cares is an effort of the Faith Men’s Ministry to be doers of the word, not merely hearers, by caring for the material needs of our congregation.
